1. Phone Screening

  • Call the Provider you were referred to or you found through research.
  • Fax or email -in PDF format- the most current Court Order(s) to the Provider.  From the time of the receipt of the document Provider will return a call within an hour with an assessment of your situation and give you an immediate, basic evaluation.

2. Intake (Orientation) Appointment

  • You will meet your Provider to discuss the Guidelines and provide all necessary information to begin your visitation as soon as possible. This appointment may take anywhere between 1-2.5 hours.
  • Give honest and complete answers to all questions. It is in your and your child(ren)'s best interest.
  • Make sure you have all information pertaining to your case. Please bring copies of all Court Order(s), Restraining Order(s), CPS document(s), Family Court Services document(s), your valid Driver's License, and Proof of Insurance.
  • This appointment is for you to familiarize yourself with the visitation proceedings, ask any questions and share any concerns with the Provider. The more information the Provider is given the better services can be provided.
  • Please bring your child(ren) with you so they can meet the Provider. Please also bring a family member or a friend to watch the child if child is between the ages of 2-12.
  • There is a fee payable by both parties for the initial intake appointment.
  • Provider will NOT schedule any visitations until all paperwork is submitted for review and both parents have completed the intake.

3. Scheduling

  • Once the legal review and interviewing is completed, Provider will arrange visitations based on the instructions of the Court Order(s).
  • All parties must follow all provisions outlined by any and all Court Order(s).
  • There is a 72 hr notification system, but cancellations require a 24 hr notice. If 24 hr notice is not given, cancellation fees apply and are strictly enforced. NO exceptions.
  • Appointments are available on certain holidays for additional fees.

4. Visit / Exchange

  • Follow all Guidelines and instructions of your Provider to assure a positive experience for your child(ren) and yourself.
  • Pay the Provider for services rendered.
  • Custodial Parent must make sure child(ren) have every necessary supplies they may need during the visits. (e.g.: change of clothing, favorite toy or book, medication; if the child is an infant: diapers, wipes, formulas etc.)
  • Non-Custodial Parent should have age appropriate toys, books etc. to entertain child; EXCEPT in alleged sexual abuse cases, when the Custodial Parent must provide these items for the visit.
  • Both parents are individually responsible to provide a car seat for their child if  and when the child is being transported.
  • The Visitation commences at the moment of pick-up/delivery, including the driving time from the pick-up to the delivery point.

5. Miscellaneous

  • Written reports for court appearances may be requested in writing with minimum of 5 (five) days of notice. Rush orders require additional fees.
  • Provider may be asked to appear in court or to give a deposition. Additional fees apply.
